To ensure that your order arrives safely, we work with reliable shipping partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track the status of your delivery. Shipping usually takes 5-6 working days.

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from TinyTumbles. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent returns process.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Items must be in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part or defective or damaged products.
