Refund policy

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

A. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (TinyTumble, Attilastraße 13, 93093 Donaustauf, Germany, E-Mail: tinytumble.info@gmail.com, Tel.: +49177 4612395) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (via email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of withdrawal
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

Refund

We will process the refund within 14 business days, and we will use the same payment method for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the toys or care products back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the products back, whichever is earlier.

 

Exchange

You can exchange your orders, but the fastest way to exchange is to order the choice product and return the current order by following our return policy.

 

Damage or Incorrect Product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong/incorrect product. We will bear the cost of return and resolve the issue.
